So yeah I have seriously gone MIA, but have returned, have some good and bad news for you. Bad news: I gained weight lol, I blame myself and the holidays hehe. Good News: I have discovered serious juicing! I was doing fine with my eating up until after my birthday, then I slowly progressed to not eating as good end of December I had already discovered juicing with Joe Cross after watching his 2 documentaries. Slow as a snail! But I don’t Give Up!
I am back. The past 3 months I have had quite a struggle with my weight loss. I am very happy to say I have not gained back the 100 yay!! But the struggle has been harder than I thought. After the 100 lbs loss, losing more has been a yo yo thing. I lose, than I gained. I do blame myself though. I was stricker during my first 100 lb loss. By now I should have lost 24 lbs but I have not. I have only managed 10 lbs, which is still something, but as I mentioned, it has been nothing but a yo-yo effect. It has bummed me…

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 2015
So I have slacked on blogging, definitely one of my New Years resolutions. I have managed to stick to last years New Years resolution which is dieting, and I have made my regular Saturday weigh-ins, I just have not posted. I hope to update soon, before my dieting year ens, which is mid Jan. My New Years resolution will always be part of my life, or should I say, a way of life. Weigh-in #23 – Doing good!
Yesterday, we went to Williams family house in Boston for a triple birthday party, so this was a test at not eating too much, and being picky at what I was going to have. Since they ordered pizza and a cold cuts tray to make sandwiches, I had to estimate. I did not add mayonnaise as it was too high in calories, but I did add mustard which was zero. About 2 slices of two different types of sandwich meats, and a slice of cheese (Swiss), and finally 2-4 tablespoons of coleslaw. I had a cup of coffee black with some sweet n’ low, and later a decaf Diet Coke.…
