Day 38! Success in 30 Days!
I am so happy to report that after 30 days (even though today is day 38 lol). That I lost 28 lbs juicing! I am so so happy, but oh so very hard. Omgosh. I got to the point of feeling depressed, and I didn’t like that feeling. I read that would pass, but it didn’t so when my next 30 days started, we agreed with my fiance that I would do one meal in the evening with him. Day 18 – #60DayJuiceChallenge
So I am well into the whole juicing adventure, I finished my 5 day juicing challenge which is what I initially signed up for. But wanted to take it further as I mentioned in my last post. I am as the title suggest on Day 18, and let me tell you, at this point in my adventure, it is not at all easy. I crave food, but really who wouldn’t? Holidays & Weight Management Update
So yeah I have seriously gone MIA, but have returned, have some good and bad news for you. Bad news: I gained weight lol, I blame myself and the holidays hehe. Good News: I have discovered serious juicing! I was doing fine with my eating up until after my birthday, then I slowly progressed to not eating as good end of December I had already discovered juicing with Joe Cross after watching his 2 documentaries. Weigh-in #26, I’m back! Slow Progress!
As mentioned in my past 2 posts I believe, I have continued with my dieting, if you follow me on instagram (which I urge you to hehe) I post now and then what I eat, how I am doing. But for those that don’t I am having a bit of a struggle with my weight, I have not gained the 100 lbs back thankfully, but I am yo-yoing. This weigh-in, I lost only 1.4 lbs, I try to average 2 per week. But 2 weeks ago I lost 6 lbs, so yeah kind of makes sense. Anyway, as I mentioned, I am going to be posting weekly again. I have…

Slow as a snail! But I don’t Give Up!
I am back. The past 3 months I have had quite a struggle with my weight loss. I am very happy to say I have not gained back the 100 yay!! But the struggle has been harder than I thought. After the 100 lbs loss, losing more has been a yo yo thing. I lose, than I gained. I do blame myself though. I was stricker during my first 100 lb loss. By now I should have lost 24 lbs but I have not. I have only managed 10 lbs, which is still something, but as I mentioned, it has been nothing but a yo-yo effect. It has bummed me…
