Weigh-in #11 – Surprise, Surprise
I weighed myself and was happy to see I lost 3.6 lbs, yay. I was super excited. I hate yoyoing, but what am I to do. Just keep going forward. I am still eating the meals from Weight Watchers, Smart Ones, and Healthy Choice, I’m really liking Healthy Choice a lot more, but Weight Watchers has some nice meals too, Smart Ones continue to be a bit boring, but I can’t be too choosy right? Weigh-in #5 – I Lost Track!
I can’t believe I had lost track of my weigh-ins, on the blog that is. But since I do record my actual weight as a reference to go back to, that helped me a lot. So I posted two different weigh-ins today. So I can keep up. This past weekend, I had a weight gain, I wasn’t happy, it could’ve been worse, thankfully it wasn’t. But I don’t want that to be a habit. Going on Record! Weigh-in #1
I have already been weighing myself every week. And I think I’ll start posting how much I lose or didn’t lose for the past week. So every weigh-in is not for this past week, but I would think the week before. I Hate Being Hungry!
I think the worst part of a diet, is not the exercise, well I guess that is too hehe but it’s adjusting to not eating, what you normally were eating, or should I say the portion size. The first few weeks, you go hungry. I hate that! I can’t even be near the kitchen, because I get hungry haha. I try to drink water when I get hungry, it helps fill me up. I’m trying to stay under 1,660 (corrected) calories a day, some may think that is a lot, but I think for myself it’s ideal at this time, perhaps later it will change. But as mentioned, it’s just…
